My role is to support People and Culture team with their Global HRMS Workday implementation. This involves working closely with the implementation partner and Group Office (based offshore) as an advocate for the end user. Focused on future state Process Taxonomy ensuring consistency and defining/aligning the P&C processes. Also provide guidance on data mapping from legacy HR system, business processes, process improvement, technical integration, guidance for local security administration requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities
• Partner with SMEs to capture requirements and translating them into the Business processes
